Freestyle Gymnastics

Learn to run, jump, stride and vault over various obstacles and heights. We encourage you to use your imagination and build various platforms to perform tricks on.

Our Freestyle Gymnastics class, also known as Free Running, aims to develop confidence amongst our participants whilst running, jumping, striding and vaulting over various obstacles and heights. We encourage the participants to use their imagination and build various platforms to perform their tricks from. The session is lead by our qualified staff with the opportunity for free tricking at the end. Join our most popular activity of the week and prepare to experience some extreme fun. Minimum age 8.

We run our Freestyle Gymnastics classes every Thursday during term times. Information on training days and the class times can be found below.

Thursday 4pm & 5pm 6pm
Freestyle Gymnastics classes are 1 hour long and run during term times only.
