Recreational Gymnastics

Developing the fundamental movements of gymnastics in an exciting and enjoyable environment.

All new gymnasts will begin their gymnastics journey in these classes. The classes are specifically designed to improve fundamental movements and develop key areas such as balance, strength, co-ordination and flexibility. The gymnasts will play fun warm up games followed by group work spent on the Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. They will also get the opportunity to run, jump and play in our purpose built foam pit. The main emphasis of our recreational gymnastics program is to have fun.

All recreational classes are currently 45 minutes long (during the current restrictions imposed by the government due to covid-19) usual length 1 hour.

Classes currently run over 40 weeks of the year (term time only).

Recreational classes run several times a week during term times. Information on days and times can be found below.

Recreational classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. All Recreational classes are 45 minutes long
