Teenage Gymnastics

We aim to keep teenagers physically active and promote a healthy, happy lifestyle through the sport of Gymnastics.

Teenage classes are suitable for any child at secondary school or equivalent, who want to become active in gymnastics for fun, fitness and social reasons. These classes are 1 hour long and are aimed at developing basic gymnastics skills in a relaxed environment.

Teenage Gymnastics classes run weekly during term times. Information on what days and the class times can be found below.

Term time only
Thursday 6pm
All Teenage classes are 45 minutes long

Term Dates

Our classes are split up in to three term periods which can be found below. These terms coincide with school term dates.

Autumn Term
10th September - 22nd October 5th Octobe - 20th December
Spring Term
4th January - 10th February 19th February - 31st March
Summer Term
16th April - 26th May 4th June - 28th July
